We build a custom package for you based on the dimensions of your water heater - all you need to do is screw it on. What you see in the photo is the completed assembly on a 40 gallon electric water heater. We can work with any kind of water heater, but the design may be different from that shown.

With this water-to-water heat exchanger you'll never run out of hot water as long as you have a fire in your FREE HEAT MACHINE.

Domestic Water Preheater

Acting as a domestic water pre-heater, the brazed plate heat exchanger kit is an easy and economical way to use your outside furnace to save on your domestic water heating bills. The more hot water you use, the more you get! This design is especially helpful for water heaters located in very tight spaces- places where the side-arm heat exchanger wont fit.

This hydronic unit heater is great for localized areas with no dust. This unit heater is designed to hang from the ceiling on threaded rod. Simple installation.

Pool Heater Package (With or Without Deck Box)

This Pool Heater Kit is designed for pools with surface area at or under 770 sq. ft. (18' x 30' for example) assuming that you want to keep the water temperature between 80F and 82F. (We can heat larger pools too - just ask.)

Pool heater kits are designed and packaged for fast installation and high capacity performance. Can be winterized and/or disconnected and removed when not in use.

The kit contains a stainless steel shell and tube heat exchanger, aquastat, 3-way diverter valve, 1-1/2" PVC ball valves (and additional components) mounted in an attractive deck box or on an easy to mount board.

(Important Note: Most heat loss is from evaporation, so always use a pool blanket for best results.)
